1. Shipment Processing Time

To ensure the highest quality, every item undergoes a thorough inspection and specialized packaging ritual before dispatch.

• Standard Processing: 2–4 business days.
• Artisan/Handmade Items: For certain specialized goods, please allow up to 5 business days for preparation.

Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major public holidays.

2. Worldwide Shipping Estimates

We provide insured international shipping to over 200 countries. We utilize dedicated logistics lines optimized for speed and safety.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

To maintain transparency and fair pricing, please note the following regarding international shipments:

• The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
• baogoods is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• Many countries have a "de minimis" threshold where low-value shipments are exempt from duties. We recommend checking your local customs office for specific details.

5. Order Tracking & Delivery Guarantee

Once your order is safely on its way, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a dedicated tracking number.

Tracking: You can monitor your package’s journey in real-time through our tracking page. Please note that tracking updates may occasionally pause for 3–5 days while clearing customs.

Guarantee: If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us. We will initiate a formal inquiry and, if confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or a priority replacement.
