How long will my order take to arrive?

Each BaoGoods piece is carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days of your order. Delivery typically takes 8–20 business days depending on your location. Orders to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia generally arrive within 10–15 business days. While we always aim to deliver as swiftly as possible, we ask for your patience — good things, like ancient traditions, are worth the wait.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes — once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your personal tracking number. You can use this to follow your order's journey at any time through our Order Tracking page. If you have not received your tracking details within 5 business days of ordering, please do not hesitate to reach out — we will look into it immediately.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35. For orders below this amount, a small shipping fee applies at checkout. We ship worldwide — because we believe the treasures of Chinese culture belong everywhere.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely. BaoGoods ships to most countries worldwide, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, all European Union countries, and many more. If you are unsure whether we ship to your country, please contact us and we will be happy to confirm.

Where do your products come from?

Every item in our collection is sourced from skilled craftspeople and specialized suppliers deeply rooted in Chinese artisan traditions. We work with suppliers who have dedicated their craft to producing pieces that honour the cultural and spiritual significance of each item — from hand-fired ceramics to intricately carved jade, from hand-knotted talismans to dynasty-inspired décor. We do not simply select products — we seek out pieces with a soul.

Are your products authentic Chinese cultural items?

Yes. We take cultural authenticity seriously and curate each item with respect for its origin and meaning. Every product page includes the cultural background, symbolism, and tradition behind the piece — because we believe you deserve to know the full story of what you are bringing into your home or carrying with you. We do not offer novelty items. We offer pieces with meaning.

What is the meaning behind Feng Shui items? Do they really work?

Feng Shui — 風水, literally "wind and water" — is an ancient Chinese practice more than three thousand years old, rooted in the belief that our physical environment directly affects the energy, wellbeing, and fortune of those within it. Feng Shui items such as dragon statues, Bagua mirrors, and prosperity coins are not superstitions — they are intentional objects, placed with purpose, that have brought comfort, focus, and a sense of harmony to millions of homes across centuries. Whether you approach them spiritually or simply as beautiful, meaningful objects — their presence invites a more conscious, intentional way of living.

How do I know which item is right for me?

We write detailed descriptions for every item, including its cultural meaning, spiritual significance, and the type of energy or intention it is traditionally associated with. We suggest reading the product story before purchasing — often, the right piece makes itself known simply by the way it speaks to you. If you ever feel unsure, you are always welcome to contact us and we will guide you personally.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We take great care in packaging every order — but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was described, we will make it right without question. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly. Your satisfaction and trust mean everything to us — this is our commitment to 信 (Xìn), integrity.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all orders. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please reach out within 30 days of delivery. Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent are eligible for a full refund or free replacement. For change-of-mind returns, please contact us — we handle every case with care and kindness. Is it safe to pay on your website?

Absolutely. BaoGoods uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all transactions. We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and American Express. Your personal and payment details are fully secured — you can shop with complete peace of mind.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Many of our items are beautifully suited as gifts — a tea set for a mindful friend, a jade bracelet for a loved one, a Feng Shui dragon for a new home. We are currently developing premium gift packaging options and will be introducing them very soon. In the meantime, please note in your order comments if your purchase is a gift and we will take extra care with its presentation.
